There are several approaches for 4-corner stretch which stretches hip and hamstrings and glutes
- Sitting in a chair ~ taking right ankle to the top of the left knee. Sitting tall, lengthen spine, shoulders down back. (if not able to bend knee cross at ankles or sit cross legged. Repeat on other side.
- Laying on the floor with sit bones touching the wall. Both legs extend up the wall. Take right ankle across the left knee. Keep tail bone and hips on the ground. Repeat on other side.
- Finally, stand four corner stretch ~ ADVANCED
